PARKING AT THE HILTON ST. LOUIS AT THE BALLPARK
Guests have the option of self-parking at the Stadium East Garage (located at 200 South Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63102) or of valet parking on-site and dropping off at the main entrance (located at 1 South Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63102).
OVERNIGHT PARKING (GUESTS STAYING OVERNIGHT)
For guests parking their cars overnight, they may choose to self-park or valet park their cars. Guests should park their vehicles and proceed to check into the hotel. During check-in, please inform the front desk that you parked a vehicle. They will note it on your reservation to ensure you receive the discounted parking rates.
· If valet parking, guests may proceed to the main drive at 1 South Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63102. The valet will then park your car. When picking up your vehicle to depart the hotel premises, guests may go to the West Tower lobby within the hotel to the valet booth.
· If self-parking, guests may proceed to the Stadium East Garage at 200 South Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63102. This is one block past the hotel entrance on the left hand side of Broadway (across the street from Ballpark Village). During check-in with the front desk, the desk will provide a code to scan in the Stadium East Garage. That will allow you to pay the discounted rate on your guest room folio and not pay upon departure from the garage. This self-parking does include in-and-out privileges.
EVENT-ONLY PARKING (LOCALS DRIVING IN DAILY)
· For guests driving in for the day only, they will need event-only parking. If you are event-only self-parking in the Stadium East Garage, please proceed to the Stadium East Garage and park. To receive the contracted $20 event-only parking at Stadium East, you may pick up a parking coupon at the Midwest Transmission Conference Registration Desk. You can take this coupon and purchase a validation sticker from the Valet Desk in the Hilton’s West Tower Lobby. When you are exiting the Stadium East garage, ensure you scan the ticket with validation sticker at the payment machine at the exit and you will not personally be charged. Please note, there are specific times of day that the pricing in Stadium East Parking Garage could be lower than $20 for the day. You may decide to either pay at the garage or purchase the $20 validation sticker at the hotel.
